Since Corona19's outbreak, everyone including myself’s life has been changed. Most of the hourly pay and restaurant employees have lost their job most of the countries. We all are isolated not to get infected and not to spread infected at the same time. During quarantine for 2 months where I live, I have focusing on two different things during this quarantine life. First one is that to keep on my diet to make healthy and regular work-out. (I know it's lamb, isn’t it?)
